Pops Concert - Pioneer Day Celebration

You can't live in Utah without knowing about Pioneer Day, July 24th, when we celebrate the Mormon Pioneers arriving in the Salt Lake valley and Brigham Young raising up from his sick bed to say "This is the place."

One of the celebrations I attended this year was the Pops concert in Salt Lake City, with the West Valley Orchestra and Choir, and featuring Nathan Osmond, son of Alan Osmond.

Nathan can really put on a good show!  Below:  You probably won't recognize Doug without all his hair and beard.  He's the one who played Tevye in "Fiddler on the Roof."
